VOTED #1 BY READERS CHOICE FOR PERSONAL TRAINING IN COLLINGWOOD & AREA

Train for Life was born out of a deeply personal journey of overcoming fear and transforming adversity into strength. Founder Braden Usher experienced the paralyzing grip of fear in various aspects of life, leading to a spiral of negative habits and emotions.

However, hitting rock bottom became the catalyst for change. Embracing the core values of curiosity, passion, and accountability, Braden began on a journey of self-discovery and personal growth. By challenging limiting beliefs, pursuing genuine passions, and taking ownership of his health and aspirations, he transformed his life from one of despair to one of empowerment.

The realization dawned that this transformation was not just personal but had the potential to impact others as well. Train for Life emerged as a platform to guide individuals from feeling helpless to realizing their inner strength.

Through a holistic approach encompassing strength training, nutrition, and daily habits, Train for Life empowers individuals to discover their true potential and believe in themselves. It's not merely about physical fitness; it's about training for life — cultivating curiosity, passion, and accountability to shape character, foster self-belief, and instill pride in one's journey.

Braden loves the outdoors, dogs, playing music, trying new things, but beyond and above all Braden loves training for life. He is obsessed with exploring movement, overcoming limiting beliefs, and helping people discover their potential.

Braden believes that training is the single most powerful tool for positive change, and this is what he wishes to share. While training can change a life, coaching can change a community.
