I am in my late, very late 60's and have begun training with Braden for the last 6 weeks. I decided to give him a try after watching him take my wife through a session. I have worked out on my own for most of my life but never with a trainer. I've read journals, blogs on how to work out, train etc. and figured I was maximizing my strength program. Gavin is a Registered Clinical Exercise Physiologist (CSEP-CEP) and Kinesiologist (B.H.Sc.) with experience coaching youth athletes, seniors, and general fitness. He specializes in strength training, focusing on proper movement patterns, injury prevention, and long-term performance gains. Gavin helps athletes improve speed and agility, while also guiding seniors in regaining strength for better daily function.

Matt is a former Toronto Police Officer. Leaving that sphere of service for a more aligned call to service in the realm of fitness, wellness and mentorship programs. Matt guides and supports humans as they navigate growth and change through the lens of his own lived experiences. Matt believes deeply that fitness, movement, nutrition and lifestyle are necessary foundational pieces that all humans can utilize to expand who they are and how they experience the world.
